What is Point ?
Points is a reward to our loyal customer(s) to enjoy further discount on purchases. 
When you make any purchase at Nile, each ringgit spent will be accumulated as points.
1 Point, for every RM1 spent (excluding delivery and other mode of charges).
1 Point  = RM0.01 (worth of discount)
Remark: Point has no cash value, cannot be refund/ transfer converted in to cash

Complete your product review after you have received your package, and points will be credited to you user account.

How to use the point ?

Point can only be used during check out.
With the available points, you can click on the "redeem" button. A corresponding deduction will be applied to With the available points.

You can always log in to  > MY Point to view your accumulated points. . All your qualified points will be recorded for your reference.

How long is my point valid?

All points will be expiring within 180 days from the day of new points has been credited into your account (upon completion of product review).




What happens if my points expires?

An expired points is no longer valid. But don't worry, we will remind you before it expires.




Can I use a point for my my existing orders?

You may need to place a new order and click redeem point during check out.




Can I use a point on other registered account?

No. Points is not transferrable and can only be used within the same user account.




Can the point been refunded?

No. Point have no cash value, point can only be used from discount.




Point if order has been cancelled?

Point will be credit back to user account for undelivered orders.

Lengkapkan ulasan produk anda selepas anda menerima barangan pada hari status barangan anda berubah kepada “Shipped” dan point akan dimasukkan ke dalam akaun anda.


Bagaimana untuk menggunakan point?


Point boleh ditebus semasa “check out”. Dengan point yang ada, anda boleh menekan butang “Tick to redeem my point”. Potongan terhadap jumlah pembelian akan berkurang dengan point yang ada.


Bagaimana untuk menyemak point?


Anda boleh log masuk ke “My account> My Point untuk melihat point yang ada. Semua mata anda akan direkod untuk rujukan anda.


Berapa lama tempoh pengesahan point?


Kesemua point akan tamat tempoh dalam masa 180 hari daripada hari point baru dimasukkan ke dalam akaun anda. (Setelah kesemua ulasan produk selesai)


Apa yang terjadi sekiranya point sudah tamat tempoh


Point yang sudah tamat tempoh adalah tidak sah. Namun jangan bimbang, kami akan mengingatkan anda sebelum ia tamat tempoh


 


Bolehkan saya menggunakan point untuk pesanan yang sudah dihantar?


Anda perlu membuat pesanan baru dan menebus point anda sebelum mengesahkan pesanan.


 


Bolehkah saya menggunakan point untuk akaun berdaftar yang lain?


Tidak. Point tidak boleh dipindah ke akaun lain dan hanya boleh digunakan oleh pemilik akaun yang sama.


Bagaimana jika pesanan sudah dibatalkan?


Point akan dimasukkan semula ke dalam akaun pengguna untuk barangan yang gagal diterima.
