The above is subject to the following conditions:

1. Application via email must be within 7 days from the day receipt the parcel by the purchaser.
2. All item(s) must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Product(s) and it's accessories and free gift(s) must be returned completely. 
3. Items under "Super Deal", "free Gifts" " or other special promotions" is not allow for exchange/refund.
4. Product category such as Legging, Sock, Lingerie, Books, underwear, swimming trunks/suit is not allow for exchange/refund. 
5. Exchange/ refund is only applicable for purchase/shipment within Malaysia. The policy is not applicable to international transaction.
6. Customer is only allowed to exchange for same product only. 
7. Exchange of product is subject to availability, if the item is not available purchaser may request for refund.
8. In the case of missing item/defect/wrong item, Nile reserves to right from time to time proceed with refund without prior notice.

EXCHANGE/REFUND Via COD Collection (Applicable for those who made order and select COD Only)

RM3 only will be charged per trip of delivery (Payable on the spot). Changes This service charge is fixed shall not affected by any promotion and/or subsequent order made.




Mode of Refund
- For Both Bank Transfer or Cash Of Delivery, Refund will usually take 1-7 working days via Shopping Point (for future purchases)  from the date of receipt of returned item. 




Calculation of Refund Amount 


Scenario (i)  Without FREE Postage/ Postage Promotion

John had purchase Product (A) RM40, Product (B) RM3, Product (C) RM20 and Postage is RM6.60. Due to size misfit John would like to apply for and return(refund) of the product for product (A), how much will John get refunded?

Product A                  :   RM 40.00 (To be returned)
Product B                  :   RM  3.00
Product C                  :   RM 20.00
Total purchase           :   RM 63.00
Postage                    :   RM  6.60 
Total Paid                 :   RM 69.60

Final purchase upon returning Product (A): RM23.00

Amount Refund = RM40 (Product Price only), amount will be converted into 4000 points (RM40) for future purchases.


Scenario With FREE Postage:  Purchase Above RM100
Case 1:
John had purchase Product (A) RM40, Product (B) RM3, Product (C) RM100 and Postage is RM6.60. Due to size misfit John would like to request for return(refund) of the product for product (A), how much will John get refunded?

Product A                :   RM 40.00 (To be returned)
Product B                :   RM  3.00
Product C                :   RM100.00
Total purchase         :   RM143.00
Postage                  :   RM   6.60 (waive) 
Total Paid               :   RM143.00

Final purchase after return: RM103 (Above RM100)

Amount Refund =RM40 (Product Price onlyamount will be converted into 4000 points (RM40) for future purchases.

Case 2:
John had purchase Product (A) RM100, Product (B) RM3, Product (C) RM40 with Postage of RM6.60. Later due to size misfit John would like to apply for and return/refund of the product for product (A), how much will John get refunded?

Product A                  :   RM100.00 (To be returned)
Product B                  :   RM   3.00
Product C                  :   RM 40.00
Total Purchase           :   RM143.00
Postage                    :   RM   6.60 (Waive) - purchase above RM100
Total Paid                 :   RM143.00

Final purchase amount after return: RM3.00+RM40 = RM43 

Amount Refund = RM100(Product Price) - RM6.60 (postage) = RM93.40 
(Refund amount shall be the Product price - Postage waive)




Case 3 (COD):
John had purchase Product (A) RM150, Product (B) RM3, Product (C) RM40 with delivery fee of RM6.00. Later due to size misfit John would like to apply for and return/refund of the product for product (A), how much will John get refunded?

Product A                  :   RM150.00 (To be returned)
Product B                  :   RM   3.00
Product C                  :   RM 40.00
Total Purchase           :   RM193.00
Postage                    :   RM   6.00 (Waive) - purchase above RM150
Total Paid                 :   RM193.00

Final purchase amount after return: RM3.00+RM40 = RM43 (Below RM150) amount will be converted into 4300 points (RM43) for future purchases.
